How come the integrative medicine

There has been traditional chinese medicine or eastern medicine that have been popular in the north-east Asia for many centries. Patients have gone to the eastern medicine for it usually has relieved many symptoms and troubles in association with many diseases. However, currently and historically as well, it is not estimated that it can lower or normalize the blood pressure, for natural remedies like acupucture and herbs may relieve only the symptoms of high blood pressure, actually not being able to normalize it.

Getting back several years ago in my clinical practice, I tried to combine the eastern medicine with alternative medicine that was popular in America in an effort to get better results. Amazingly since then, I have been gradually surprised with the excellent results that the combined therapy have brought about. All people have responded much better to the combined treatment than to teatments by estern medicine alone. What had been thought to be untreatable and difficult disorders was no more so hard. The effect was good enough to make me believe that the effectiveness of combined therapy, or integrated tharapy can go far beyond what the traditional eastern medicine can do. I came to realise that, on some or on most occasions, it may exceed superb prescription drugs or surgeries in clinical effects.

Two or three years later since then, I came to see one woman who had been suffering from arthritis, osteoporosis and high blood pressure. At the time of her first visit, her major concern was that she was not able to bend her knees in her everyday life. After treatment, she felt so much better in general condition that she decided to stop taking anti-hypertensive drugs for herself without giving me a notice. Although she had been on drugs for several years, to this day after quitting medications, she have been free of drugs without slipping out of the normal blood pressure level.

This event gave me the impression that natural medicine, when used skillfully, may be able to control the blood pressure. Since then I have noticed in my clinical practice that appropriate natural therapies can free hypertensive clients from prescription drugs and then can rid them of concerns about the drug-related side effects and blood pressure complications.

Now I have provided natural remedies for a good number of high blood pressure patients. More than eighty persentage of clients have recovered the high blood pressure and have maintained the normal level. They all have been surprised and satisfied with what they have been done by natural medicine.

What is good from integrative medicine?

It is widely known that natural medicine usually takes longer time than the conventional medicine to lower the blood pressure. Why does it happen? The fact is that prescription medications don't heal but rather suppress the blood pressure by way of blocking normal physiological mechanism. In the process, temporary cut-down of blood pressure readings may become present, whereas it does not addressthe real causes.

On the other hand, natural remedies urge and enhance normal physiological functions to cope with the fundamental problems. In natural therapies, some clients take less than one month to realise the blood pressure reduction. However, it is true that some others who have severely high blood pressure have to wait longer time. What makes the difference is that natural medicine does not block or interfere with any sort of normal function but helps the functions to cope with the problems.

When you decide to turn to conventional medicine, remember that you have to rely on prescription drugs for the rest of your life, and that you cannot completely prevent an array of possible side effects. Additional complications may take place in the later time when you continue the medications.
